1) Service and Eligibility

WebToLeads.app provides software tools for form creation, lead capture, and related integrations. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2) No Warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. Silicon Valley CRM makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free, or that data will be preserved without loss.

3) No Liability

• Service interruptions, errors, or delays due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, terrorism, embargoes, labor disputes, government actions, internet or hosting failures, or other force majeure events

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the service.

4) Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your accounts, content, configurations, and compliance with laws applicable to your use, including privacy and data protection obligations toward your customers or leads. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data.
