Click Register and complete a short form using a valid email. Account setup usually takes less than five minutes. After confirming your email, you can connect Salesforce and publish your first web-to-lead form.

WebToLeads requires a Salesforce edition with API access. Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions include API access. Editions with limited API quotas will still work but may be subject to daily limits. You will use your Salesforce Security Token to create the connection in WebToLeads.

Yes. Copy the embed snippet from your form and paste it into the WordPress Block Editor using the HTML block, or the Classic Editor in Text mode. The form renders responsively and posts to Salesforce via your WebToLeads connection.

WebToLeads reads editable fields from your Salesforce Lead object, so you can rename labels, set required rules, apply custom validations, and map picklists without code. Use the drag and drop builder to tailor each form to your workflow.
